Are my uploaded files stored on your servers?
No. Files are sent directly to Google's Gemini AI for analysis and are permanently deleted immediately after your review is complete. We never store, read or share your file content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What file types does QCBot support?
QCBot supports PDF documents, images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF), and videos (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM). All file types work with all plans.
When do my review credits reset?
Credits reset on the 1st of every calendar month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Go to Account Settings → Subscription and cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period with no further charges.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer a full refund within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied. Email us at [email protected] with your order details.
How accurate are the AI reviews?
QCBot uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash, one of the most capable vision AI models available. Reviews are thorough and detailed but AI is not perfect — always apply human judgement before acting on feedback.
